Customized Nutrition Meal Plan & Guidance is part of program. More in depth detail and monitoring during a contest prep is required with mandatory check-ins, pictures, & adjustments made along the way. 


Recommended prep time of 3-5 months depending on your starting point, a consult. is required.

30 Minute PT Sessions

$45/ea

Contest Prep Coaching

Same as Non-Contest Prep Coaching Program EXCEPT WITH MORE DETAIL oriented protocols with training, food, water, supplements, etc with tips and guidance that all pertain to a contest prep along with posing help and other factors taking you all the way up to the show.


Recommend is 3 months out at least for contest prep and me being able to work with you and see how your body responds to everything. I need some time to learn YOU & help you bring your BEST PHYSIQUE to the stage.
