Regardless of division - every bodybuilder, physique, figure, bikini competitor needs to learn how to have professional posing & stage presentation. Quality Posing practice will improve your confidence on stage, mind to muscle connection, overall physique conditioning (cardio like).

Same as Non-Contest Prep Coaching Program EXCEPT WITH MORE DETAIL oriented protocols with training, food, water, supplements, etc with tips and guidance that all pertain to a contest prep along with posing help and other factors taking you all the way up to the show.
Recommend is 3 months out at least for contest prep and me being able to work with you and see how your body responds to everything. I need some time to learn YOU & help you bring your BEST PHYSIQUE to the stage.
